General conditions:

For the decision of a question of natural gas deliveries the Buyer should send to us for OAO "GAZPROM" (Russia) to name of Mr. Miller A.B. the following documents:

1. I.C.P.O
2. Reference of bank with the reference to job number and volume of gas.
3. Agreement with the terminal or letter from the terminal about the consent to a reception of gas, with the reference to a job number.
4. License for the right work with natural gas.
5. Letter on assignment of gas (on household needs or industrial).
Each document should have Russian translation certified notarially, or chamber of commerce and industry.

Payment conditions: - bank guarantee or letter credit
Quantity: - 1 billion m³ - 4 billions m³

Jet fuel
Delivery specifications: - DAF/FOB/CIF
Payment conditions: - letter credit
Quantity: - 5 000 000 MT monthly
